A classic sourdough loaf made with a rye wild yeast culture, organic white and wholemeal flour, sea salt and water, naturally fermented overnight to achieve great flavour.
A blend of organic, farm-milled wholemeal and organic strong white bread flour. Contains the following: malted wheat, barley flakes, sunflower seeds, millet and oats - inside and out.
