Wildside Bread is go

I am finally launching...  like the breads I produce, it's been a long time in the making!

It seems that everyone is having a go at making sourdough bread now. It's one of the positives to come out of the Covid lock-downs - a revitalised interest in a slower and more considered way to produce and consume one of our staple foods.

After a few years of producing bread for friends and family, I have decided to extend my passion and launch a micro-bakery, operating from my home and producing small batches of sourdough breads. 

Where I'm able, I'll be using local ingredient sources and will work in partnership with other local food producers to ensure what I offer is high quality and sustainably produced. I want you to enjoy eating my bread, first and foremost - but I also want you to feel good about it.
